The East Indies is the entire eastern region of the Map. Based on the outline of the map, it can be assumed that these places were inspired by the islands of Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
East Indies Factions
Dominion of Rempah
The local major faction that resides in the East Indies is the Dominion of Rempah. They control settlements in the northern half of the map much like the Ungwana of Africa.
Dutch Merchant Compagnie
The foreign and major military presence also found in the East is the Dutch Merchant Compagnie. They hold several points of interest along the south of the coast with their capital near the Ring of Fire.
