Craft a Sterile Galley I

Crafting a Sterile Galley I minor furniture for your ship will increase maximum stamina by 7%. Furniture can be crafted from the Carpenter located in settlements.

Before you can craft this, you'll need to attain the Infamy Rank of Freebooter I and you'll also need this furniture's Blueprint, which you can purchase from the Rogue in Pillar Tomb.

How to Restore Stamina

Eating Grilled or Cooked Food

Eating Grilled Food will greatly restore your stamina. You can grill food at any Cookery in settlements, provided that you have the necessary ingredients for it.

Cooked Food can also regenerate stamina, but these will require additional ingredients to make as opposed to just grilling them.

You can consume food by following these steps:

1. Press the in-game map button and hover over to the Cargo tab
2. Select the food you wish to consume and choose “Eat”.

Raw Food Only Restores a Small Portion of Your Stamina

Consuming raw or uncooked provisions will only recover a small portion of your stamina. We highly recommend that you cook them whenever you get the chance in order to receive its full benefits.

Throw Powder at a Pirate's Bonfire for a Stamina Boost

Throwing powder at a Pirate's Bonfire will grant you a 20-minute Stamina Regeneration Boost for you and your group after exiting from combat within the area of the outpost.
