While there is no official news regarding future DLC, the Highness of the High Sea Pack infographic from Skull and Bones suggests that in-game purchases and giveaways will be available in the future. The pack itself will be downloadable for players who missed this pre-order bonus.
Additionally, considering the nature of the game, future DLC may introduce new missions, player cosmetics, and possibly even stories. This is hinted at in the Smuggler Pass Token, which indicates that the game will release limited-time content per new season in the future.

The Smuggler Pass Token serves as a premium battle pass, allowing you to unlock new content each season. Players with the premium edition will receive one for free.
Currently, there is no information on how to get more of this token, but considering that there will be more than one season, it is likely that this will become a paid DLC in the future.
The Ballad of Bloody Bones Collection is a cosmetic set exclusive to premium edition players. It includes several items such as new clothes, ornaments, ship decors, and Ashen Corsair followers.
Given that this is a cosmetic collection, there is also a likelihood that it will be made available in the store as a DLC for standard players.
Premium Edition players will also receive two additional missions: the Ashen Corsair and the Bloody Bone's Legacy. This set of missions will also likely be available in stores as a DLC in the future.
