Purchase from the Black Market
To be able to purchase Helm materials, you must first reach Brigand I rank to start A Covert Initiation Contract. Doing so will take you on a series of Contracts until you arrive at A Tight Ship.
Completing A Tight Ship will give you access to the Black Market through Yanita Nara, and you can now purchase Helm materials using Pieces of Eight.
Later on, you'll get access to another smuggling hideout located in Telok Penjarah, where you can also buy the same materials from Houma Nara.
How to Unlock The Helm and All Facilities
Loot from Enemy Rogue Ships
You can also obtain Helm materials simply by defeating enemy Rogue Ships. The easiest way to encounter these enemies is by taking on Rogue Hunts, which you can get under the Attacks tab found in the Supply Network. This will spawn and mark Rogues in your map, allowing you to easily hunt them down for loot.
We recommend this method if you're farming for Helm materials since they have a decent drop rate; furthermore, this method will allow you to save your Pieces of Eight for Helm operation upgrades instead of spending them in the Black Market for trading.
