You Cannot Skip Cutscenes

Unfortunately, you cannot skip cutscenes in Skull and Bones. You will have to watch cutscenes completely before you can continue what you are doing.

You Can Skip Dialogues

Skull and Bones - Skipping Dialogues
On the other hand, you can skip dialogues by pressing the right buttons.

Doing so will skip dialogues line by line, and you can spam these buttons until the dialogues end.

You can skip dialogues by pressing the right button on your platform:
