The Crunchy Deluge can be obtained at Twilight River during the story mission Head to the Formidable Oak! The Crunchy Deluge is submerged in a river and there is a nearby Toady Bloyster guarding it. Take care of the Toady Bloyster with Blue Pikmin and the retrieve the fruit.
