I was able to complete this request on the Level 2 section of Elsewhere Forest when I went through the winter section of the forest. Hope that helps!
It only appears in the tree for a really short time, if you miss it it's gone. The one appearing to the left on the ground is a second different one that has its own teleport paths. I advise remaining in zoom to prevent you moving too fast through and missing the tree (it's a tree slightly past where is spawns on the right side)
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I go to the winter section and as soon as Gardevoir spawns in, I pelt it with orbs non-stop but it does not teleport to the tree. Instead it goes behind another tree then up in a cliff where an Unfezant is resting. I cannot get the Pokemon to teleport where it needs to be despite following these instructions exactly.
