How to Clear Whirlpool Blast Off
1. Throw Illumina Orbs at the Whirlpool
Start Reef (Evening) at Research Level 1. Throw Illumina Orbs at the whirlpool until Blastoise appears.
2. Take a Photo of Blastoise Blasting Off
Take a photo of Blastoise as soon as its rockets appear and propels the Pokemon away to complete the request.

Throw 10 Illumina orbs into the whirlpool, then Blastoise will get out and rockets himself away. If Swuirtle got there before this happened, they both will rocket away. Blastoise will then be at the end in its shell.
