How to Clear The Wrath of Mamoswine

Make the Weavile read the markings of the tree

First, you'll need to use Fluffruit to lure the Weavile over to the tree with markings on it. Throwing an Illumina Orb at both Weavile and the tree will cause Weavile to read the markings before jumping off to the cliff.

Getting Weavile to read the tree is also the completion condition for the quest Message from a Friend, so if you haven't cleared this one yet, be sure and get this photo during this request to knock them both out.

Throw a Fluffruit at the Swinub

Aim the reticle above Swinub, then throw a Fluffruit there

After going through the tunnel, throw a Fluffruit at the Swinub at the top of the hill. This will startle the Swinub and cause it to run over to the Mamoswine.

Throw an Illumina Orb at the two Weavile

Two Weavile will chase the Swinub, so throw an Illumina Orb at them. If they turn toward Mamoswine and attack, you were successful.

One of these two Weavile is the one who read the markings on the tree earlier. If it did not read the marking, only a single Weavile will appear here, and you won't be able to complete the request.

Snap a photo of the Mamoswine counterattacking

The Mamoswine that was attacked by the Weavile will charge its fangs forward and fling out the snow. Get a photo of this to complete the request.
