Cave Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
Right before the end of the final area of Cave's main route, you will encounter an area to the right with a Rampardos, a Gengar portal, and a Geodude hanging on the cave wall. Lure the Rampardos to the Gengar portal with fluffruit.
Once the Rampardos is close enough to the Gengar portal, Gengar will pop out and spook Rampardos, which will cause it to get angry and to ram the wall. Snap a photo of Rampardos getting angry or ramming the wall to complete the request!
The Speech Bubble 6 sticker is obtained after completing the Anger Outlet request and can be used when editing photos.
