Espeon does not appear until forest lvl 3, though the quest is given at level 1. Wait until lvl 3 to do this quest.
Level 1 of the cloudy jungle. As you go through and past pancham being mentored by shiftry unfezant is sat on the nest on the left hand side. Throw an apple at it to make it angry and snap the shot. Be quick though, it is just as you go back through the clouds again
You need to go to the forest at night and change your level to one. Once you do that when you see the sleeping arbok hit it out of the tree with fluffruits. Then at the tree where slaking sleeps during the day play the melody till you see a liepard jumps down from the ledge above a tree. Then when you get to where the liepards are sleeping throw orbs at the closest one till more show up then play the melody again.
