How do you lead the meowth there?
i can confirm that this works
You have to lead meowth close enough to the porch and it will run underneath it. after a few moments it will run back out chasing a rattata. for some reason just capturing rattata isn't enough. you have to do it quickly right as it is running from under the porch or it doesn't finish the request (which is given by Todd not Mirror). You should get meowth to the porch as quickly as possible or rattata will be ran out too late for you to get the photo you need of it.
