How to Clear Most Marvelous Muscles

Throw an Illumina Orb at Machamp

On the main route of Beach (Day), you'll encounter a Machamp facing away from you. Simply throw an Illumina Orb at it to get it to face you. You need Illumina Orbs for Maricopia Island to complete this request.

Snap a Photo!

Once Machamp faces you and poses, snap a photo of the Superpower Pokemon! It will eventually turn again and face its original position, but you can always just throw another Illumina Orb at it to get it to face you again.
