You can get a 3 Star photo of Sigilyph by doing the same action as getting its 2 Star photo. Toss a Fluffruit at a Sigilyph and take a photo when it uses its psychic attack. Occasionally, Sigilyph will also spontaneously use this attack without interaction from the player. You can also take a photo of this to get a 3 Star.

To get a 4 Star photo of Sigilyph, you first need to wake up the sleeping Sigilyph. As you enter the large room of the Ruins, look to your right and you can spot a Sigilyph sleeping next to a wall. Wake it up by tossing a Fluffruit at it. Once it is awake, you can toss a few Fluffruit on the ground next to it and wait for the Pokemon to start eating the Fluffruit.
Occasionally, Sigilyph will not eat the Fluffruit and instead will toss it around with its tail. If this happens, toss another Fluffruit until the Pokemon starts eating it. After Sigilyph finishes eating the Fluffruit, it will shake its wings in delight. Take a photo right as Sigilyph shakes its wings.
