In Dovebrook District Interplanar Jump 4, there is a cut in the video that makes it impossible for me to understand how you went to get the Wispea? I have been showing the video down and trying my best to understand how tf your wall has disappeared but I don't have a single clue or what happened?

I’m at 93% exploration for Dovebrook District puzzle 2. The info provided is lacking the detail I need to figure out what I’m missing. 🤷🏻♀️
You have to have the 3 yellow blocks in front of the passage visible, so you can traverse them, otherwise flip the switch. Then you continue left to the icy blocks. On those icy blocks you will gain a lot of speed, more than on normal ground. So go left on the icy blocks, then rush all the way to the right side, jumping once over the first two sets of spikes and a second time over the large area of spikes on the ground.
can someone try the hidden challenge difficulty x for the training hall?
I know how to get the upside down chest for the Doumension City Interplanar Jump 12. Basically you just crouch through the blue block looking thing and move to the right until you fall (to crouch while upside down just press w and hold space). i didn't know it but the three little blocks were all giving the hints:
