Honkai Star Rail 4.0 - Ruan Mei Skin

The Ruan Mei Skin, Plumblossom Letter, can be obtained for free by logging in during the 4.0 update! After Version 4.0 ends, the Ruan Mei Skin will be available for purchase at the Outfit store for 1,680 Oneiric Shards.

Ruan Mei's Plumblossom Letter outfit will become available with the release of Version 4.0 on February 12, 2026 (UTC-5).
