How to Get Nightmare's Echo Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan Chests
Nightmare's Echo Chest 1
Starting from the Missing Data Port Space Anchor, simply turn around and Chest 1 should be behind the rubble.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 2
From the Garmentmaker Outpost, head east and Chest 2 should be in a corner after crossing the second light bridge.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 3
Use the Hand of Zagreus as a bridge to cross to the platform where Chest 3 can be found.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 4
Use the Mistletoe to head to the platform directly north of where you started. Chest 4 is in the southeast corner of the platform.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 5
From Chest 4, use the Mistletoe and head to the platform northwest of it. Turn right upon exiting the Mistletoe and Chest 5 should be in between two rocks.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 6
Chest 6 comes from solving a Prophecy Tablet on the same platform as Chest 5.

Nightmare's Echo Chest 7
From the platform of Chests 5 and 6, use Mistletoe and head towards the platform southwest of it. Chest 7 can be found in the southeast corner of the platform.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 8
Chest 8 comes from solving a Golden Scapegoat puzzle found on the same platform as Chest 7.

Input the commands: Left, Left, Down, Right, Right, Right, Down, Right, Right. When your past self appears, head right until you reach the ladder then go down. You can then head right into the altar afterwards. |
Nightmare's Echo Chest 9
From the platform of Chests 7 and 8, use Mistletoe to go to the platform southeast of it. Chest 9 can be found in between the stairs on the northwest side of the platform.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 10
Head to the east side of the platform and Chest 10 should be beside the stairs.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 11
From the Forsaken Realm Platform Space Anchor, head to the east side of the platform to find Chest 11.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 12
Chest 12 can be found on the same platform by solving the Golden Scapegoat on the west side.

Input the commands: Left, Left, Left, Left, Left. When your past self appears, head up the ladder and go straight to the altar. |
Nightmare's Echo Chest 13
From the Forsaken Realm Platform Space Anchor, use the Mistletoe to head to the west platform. Use the Janus's Hidden Passage to jump to the next platform and Chest 13 is a reward for solving the Golden Scapegoat near the south.

Input the commands: Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Up, Left. When your past self appears, immediately step on the yellow button. Step out of it and then step on it again. Go up the ladder and take the portal. After taking the portal, you can go straight to the altar. |
Nightmare's Echo Chest 14
Chest 14 is a Precious Treasure Chest that spawns after completing the Spirithief's Trial.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 15
From the platform of Chest 14, use Mistletoe to go to the platform northwest of it. Chest 15 should be directly in front of you after going down the stairs.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 16
Use the Mistletoe once more and head towards the platform directly northeast of Chest 15's platform. Chest 16 is hidden behind two shields on the south corner of the platform.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 17
Chest 17 is a reward from the Golden Scapegoat puzzle that can be found on the same platform as Chest 16.

Input the commands: Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Up. When your past self appears, you can simply head right until you reach the altar. |
Nightmare's Echo Chest 18
From the Abandoned Matrix of Disorder Space Anchor, Chest 18 can be found on the left path heading north.
Nightmare's Echo Chest 19
Continue heading north and Chest 19 should be on the right side near the edge of the platform.
Nightmare's Echo Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan Spirithief Locations
Nightmare's Echo Spirithief 1
The first spirithief can be found on the south of the platform with the Forsaken Realm Platform Space Anchor.
Nightmare's Echo Spirithief 2
The second spirithief can be found near the southwest platforms. You will need to manually navigate the Mistletoe to reach it.
It will ask you to manuever through 15 Rings of Whimsy with the Mistletoe. Completing its trial will reward you with the usual spirithief rewards as well as a precious chest.
