Using characters that can deal AoE DMG can help for this battle since the Noontide Gryphon can summon multiple Meteoric Eagles, and the Swarm: True Sting can summon True Stings.
Use Characters That Don't Rely On Crit
The Tempering enemy trait affects the performance of crit DPS characters in this battle, so bring characters that don't rely on crits to deal damage. Both Break and DoT characters can bypass this enemy trait, along with True DMG.
How to Beat Anomaly Arbitration Knight 2
Defeat Meteoric Eagles To Dispel Aquila's Mark
The Noontide Gryphon attacks apply Aquila's Mark, a debuff that can drain your character's Energy once they get two stacks of it. To dispel the mark, take down the Meteoric Eagles that it spawns.
Removing Aquila's Mark prevents you from having both it and Oronyx's Mark. This prevents your characters from taking heavy True DMG and losing all of their Energy.
Use Ultimates To Dispel Oronyx's Mark
The Moonlit Pegasus can inflict Oronyx's Mark on the party, a debuff that can deal Quantum DMG and inflict Entanglement once your character has two stacks of it. To dispel the mark, use the character's Ultimate.
Take Out True Stings
Since the Swarm - True Sting summons True Stings, take them out to make them explode and deal damage to the boss. They'll also inflict a stacking Vulnerability debuff on it, which increases the damage it takes.
