Use the Shrine of Prayers that can be found in B1 of Warbling Shores Styxia to enhance Oronyx's Prayer.

Restore the Chrono Vessel

Honkai Star Rail - Use the Shrine of Prayers in Warbling Shores Styxia B1

Restore the Chrono Vessel beside the Bone Chalice. It will prevent the pool from being filled while it's broken.

Alternatively, you can turn off the nearby Miracle Orb to despawn it.

Use Oronyx's Prayer on the Bone Chalice

Use Oronyx's Prayer on the Bone Chalice to fill the pool. Make sure you are standing inside the pool while it is being filled.

Can Also Be Done During Evernight

Honkai Star Rail - Rewind the Bone Chalice

This achievement can also be acquired during Evernight. Go to the bottom of the pool during Evernight the same way as unlocking King Solomon's Carpet Achievement and simply get off the lotus leaf before filling the pool again.
