How to Get Chirping Secret - Unfinished Business
Collect All 10 Nymphs in Warbling Shores
To get the Chirping Secret: Unfinished Business achievement, you must first collect all 10 Creation Nymphs in Warbling Shores
Styxia. After, talk to the Garmentmaker near the Ariose Fountain Courtyard Space Anchor.
All Creation Nymph Locations and Rewards
Garmentmaker Will Give You a Hint
The Garmentmaker will give you a hint after talking to it. The hint is "How many times did the nymph fail to push the boulder uphill?".
Chirping Secret - Unfinished Business Puzzle Location
Go to Janus Maze in B1 of Warbling Shores
Use the Slumbering Palace Corridor Space Anchor and follow the path to the left. Take the stairs down and then use the Shrine of Prayers near the edge so you can lower the water. Head down the path and enter the room on the right to see a Janus Maze.

Chirping Secret - Unfinished Business Puzzle Solution
Select The Volume 8 Janus Maze
Approach the Maze Scroll Fragment and choose the Unsolved Mysteries option. From there, choose Volume 8. You can also do this puzzle on other volumes of the Janus Maze but Volume 8 makes it hard for the ball to fall out.
Each Nymph Has An Assigned Number
You'll see nymphs around the maze, indicating certain points. Each nymph has an assigned number. You'll have to bring the maze's top part, which acts like an arrow, past the nymphs in a certain order to solve the puzzle.
Point At The Nymphs in Order
Next, you'll have to point at the nymphs in order to make the Precious Chest appear. The order is 3, 3, 5, 5, 0, 3, 3, 5. You can also refer to the picture above for each of the nymph's numberings.
Correct Order Makes Nymphs Say A Number
If you point at them in the correct order, the nymphs will say a number. If they say something else, you'll have to do it from the start again. Once you're done, a Precious Chest will appear.

Rewards a Precious Chest and Achievement
After solving the wind chime puzzle, you'll see a Precious Chest appear nearby. You'll also get a Golden Apple and the Chirping Secret: Unfinished Business Hidden Achievement!

what sucks about this is that even if you use the reset button, the nymphs will refuse to say numbers. you have to leave that specific floor, get the water level set back to the middle, then get the water level all the way down and THEN you can try again. this is more frustrating than the hands/legs/torso/head puzzle </3
