Why Does the Ocean Sing is great for DoT Nihility characters who needs Effect Hit Rate. The increase in the DoT DMG taken by the Enthrallment debuff is a good boost to DoT damage and the SPD boost provided by the Light Cone can be beneficial for other DoT characters in the team.
Is Why Does the Ocean Sing Worth It?
Hysilens's Signature Light Cone
Why Does the Ocean Sing provides Hysilens with Effect Hit Rate which she needs land her debuffs and access to the Enthrallment debuff which increases DoT damage taken by enemies. This Light Cone also allows her provide more SPD to her allies.
This results in an overall increase in team damage, as well as more turns for her allies thanks to the SPD increase.
Should You Get It?
Why Does the Ocean Sing is great for DoT Nihility characters who need Effect Hit Rate and want to boost their DoT damage. This is better if the character can inflict multiple debuffs in single turn to easily ramp up the Enthrallment debuff, which is often met by DoT characters.
If the character doesn't use DoT or can't utilize the Light Cone's Enthrallment effect properly, then other Light Cones would fit better for them.
