Finish A Fugue From Beyond Mission

To unlock Luminary Wardance, you'll need to finish A Fugue From Beyond. This is the last mission of the Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue (II) Trailblaze Continuance series.

Unlock Early with Finality's Vision

If you're at Trailblaze Level 21 or higher, it's possible to unlock the event early without clearing the pre-requisite mission mentioned above! You can use Finality's Vision to start the event and temporarily unlock its related maps.

How to Increase Your Trailblaze Level Fast

Head to the Skysplitter

Once the requirements have been met, you can start the event by going to the marked location at F2 of the Skysplitter. This starts the Even When Cheers Fade: Chapter 1 Adventure Mission that kicks off the event!

There are 5 major ringmasters to beat in Luminary Wardance. Before you can challenge a champion in a Faceoff Match, you'll need to earn enough points from Knockout Matches.

Luminary Wardance Dreamscape Training

After defeating a ringmaster in their Faceoff Match, you'll unlock a new stage in Dreamscape Training. These stages have a higher difficulty and you'll need to defeat all opponents within a number of cycles!

How to Play Luminary Wardance

Coach Luka for the Wardance Ceremony

In Luminary Wardance, you'll be tasked with coaching Luka as he competes in the Wardance tournament. There will be several Faceoff Matches where you must fight and win against other key champions.

Earn Points to Reach Faceoff Matches

Before you can reach a Faceoff Match, you'll need to beat the opponents in Knockout Matches. This will earn you points that'll take you forward through the competition!

Unlock Special Invitational Matches

Some stages feature Special Invitational Matches that are unlocked after completing one Knockout Match. These won't grant points and are not required to reach the Faceoff Match, but they do offer additional Wardance Sword Badges and other rewards.

You're free to experience Special Invitational Matches at a later time and claim their rewards! However, these provide additional plot for the event, so they're best experienced during the Chapters that they're unlocked.

Gain Audience Support for Buffs

During battle, performing Highlight actions will please the audience and allow you to accumulate Vibes. Once you've gained enough, your team will enter the Super Hype state that makes them stronger!

Take note, however, that your opponent can also earn Vibes and will decrease your team's amount every time they do. Try to gain the audience's approval as fast as you can to gain the upper hand!

Equip Tactics for Combat Boosts

You can also assist your team in battle by equipping a Tactical Codex and Beverage to provide combat boosts and additional support! These are unlocked as you win Faceoff Matches.

Tactical Codices can be activated during battle once it's accumulated enough Energy. Meanwhile, Tactical Beverages provide passive effects that can trigger based on certain actions or conditions!

Feint Attack	Unlocked by Default After the next time characters use their Ultimate, their action is immediately Advanced Forward by 100%. Their Weakness Break Efficiency increases by 50%, lasting for 2 turns.
Early Reveal	Unlocked by Default All allies gain Early Reveal, lasting for 2 turns. During the effect period, after every attack, attack all enemies that have been hit 1 time and inflict the Startled debuff on them, increasing DMG taken by 5%. This effect can stack 4 times.
Lie in Wait	Unlocked after Chapter 1 Applies Burn, Shock, Bleed, and Wind Shear on all enemies, lasting for 2 turns. Causes all enemies to immediately take action, triggering the DoT effects.
Out of Thin Air	Unlocked after Chapter 2 All allies immediately activate their Ultimates.
Uproot the Cause	Unlocked after Chapter 3 Causes ally characters to immediately take an action after their next action, and increases their DMG dealt by 50%.
Stealing Their Thunder	Unlocked after Chapter 4 All allies have their action Advanced Forward by 100% and receive 3 Skill Points. Characters' Weakness Break Efficiency increases by 50%, lasting for 2 turns.

Blu Bull	Unlocked after Chapter 1 After using an Ultimate to attack, increases the Ultimate DMG taken by the attacked target by 12%, stacking up to 4 times, lasting for 2 turns.
Westroc Super Drink	Unlocked after Chapter 1 For every target defeated by allied characters, the characters regenerate 3 points of Energy.
Devil's Hand	Unlocked after Chapter 2 For every DoT state possessed by the enemy target, the DMG taken by them increases by 5%.
Mighty Quench	Unlocked after Chapter 2 After triggering a follow-up attack, increases DMG received by the target by 10%, stacking up to 4 times.
Pulse Energy	Unlocked after Chapter 4 For every enemy target on the field, allies deal 10% more DMG.
High Energy SoulGlad	Unlocked after Chapter 4 Increases Break Effect by 100%. When dealing Break DMG by attacking the enemy, there is a 30% fixed chance to recover 1 Skill Point.

Challenge Dreamscape Training Stages

In the additional Dreamscape Training challenges, there are 3 boss enemies to defeat within 6 cycles. Additionally, you can only accumulate Vibes by performing Highlight actions in these stages. Accomplish challenge goals to get all rewards!

Exchange Sword Badges for Rewards

Winning Knockout and Faceoff Matches will earn you Wardance Sword Badges. These can be used to raise your Wardance Plaudit level and grant additional rewards!

Face Against Ringmaster Yanqing

Once you've made your way to the top of the competition, your final opponent will be Yanqing. Complete this stage to finally wrap up the tournament!

Luminary Wardance Rewards

Unlock March 7th (Hunt) Eidolons

Raising your Wardance Plaudit level in the Luminary Wardance event will allow you to get the rest of March 7th (Hunt)'s Eidolons! These are obtainable at Levels 3, 6, and 12.

Get a Tuskpir Pet Companion

Luminary Wardance also features the Tuskpir pet as a reward upon reaching Wardance Plaudit Level 15! This is an equippable companion that follows your character around in the overworld.
