Lingsha Lingsha Scent Alone Stays True is amazing for Lingsha since the Light Cone provides her Break Effect and gives her access to the Woefree effect, which allows enemies to take increased DMG. This boosts the team's overall damage against enemies with the debuff and this increases even further since Lingsha is built with a ton of Break Effect.
Gallagher Gallagher Scent Alone Stays True is also great for Gallagher since the Light Cone provides him with Break Effect and gives him access to the Woefree effect since Gallagher also damages enemies with his Ultimate.

Scent Alone Stays True is a great light cone for Abundance characters who scale with Break Effect and those who damage enemies using their Ultimate since it allows them to inflict the Woefree effect.

Abundance characters with damaging Ultimates like Luocha but don't scale with Break Effect can still use this but can't take advantage of the increased Break Effect.

Is Scent Alone Stays True Worth It?

Amazing for Lingsha

Scent Alone Stays True provides Lingsha with a lot of Break Effect and allows her to inflict Woefree on her enemies. This goes well with her kit since she scales with Break Effect.

The damage increase of Woefree is boosted even more since Lingsha is built with high Break Effect. This allows the DPS to deal even more damage to enemies inflicted with it.

Should You Pull?

Scent Alone Stays True provides Abundance characters with a bunch of Break Effect and allows their damaging Ultimates to inflict the Woefree effect. This is great for characters who scale with Break Effect.

However, this Light Cone only excels for characters who scale with Break Effect in their kit or if their Ultimate damages enemies. If the character doesn't scale with Break Effect or have a damaging Ultimate, other Abundance Light Cones would fit better.
