Prison Visitation is an achievement that can be unlocked by visiting prisoners in The Shackling Prison of Honkai: Star Rail. See how to get it and its rewards for completion!

Go to B2 of The Shackling Prison

Honkai Star Rail - How to Get Prison Visitation Achievement - Go to B2 of The Shackling Prison

First, go to B2 of The Shackling Prison, also known as the Transitory Hold Floor of the prison. You can go here using the elevator or the Shifting Screen of B1. Once you've arrived, go to the right to see a Cycrane on the railing.

Use Cycrane to Talk to Prisoners

To get the Prison Visitation hidden achievement, talk to prisoners of The Shackling Prison using the Cycrane. Fly towards their silhouettes and interact with them. After talking to at least three prisoners, you will get the achievement.
