The Silent Fugitive can be found in 1F hiding behind a giant pillar.

Aloof Fugitive Location

Honkai Star Rail - Aloof Fugitive Location

The Aloof Fugitive is in B1 hiding behind a giant box that's being guarded by a Sableclaw Wolftrooper.

Gentle Fugitive Location

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Gentle Fugitive

The Gentle Fugitive is located in B3 of the Shackling Prison.

How to Get to the Gentle Fugitive

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Pyroscape Hold Anchor
Teleport to the Pyroscape Hold Space Anchor.

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Traversing Mirror
Cross the bridge near the lava and head straight until you get to a Shifting Screen. Use it to get to the other side.

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Mechanism
Head straight until you find a mechanism. This will open up a path behind you.

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Gentle Fugitive
The Gentle Fugitive can be found inside a giant box.

Chiyi Location

Honkai Star Rail - Escapee - Chiyi Location

After finding all of the three fugitives, go to F1 of the Shackling Prison and go upstairs to talk to Chiyi and complete the hidden mission.

After finding all three escapees and talking to Chiyi, you will be rewarded with Adventure Log, Condensed Aether, and Credits.

To access this hidden mission, you must complete the Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue: Part I Trailblaze Continuance.

The escapees seem to be a reference to the High-Cloud Quintet. The female one even says Jingliu's lines when you find her. The other two escapees who have passed away is most likely a reference to the two members of the Quintet who have been reborn (Baiheng/Bailu, Dan Feng/Dan Heng) Gentle Fugitive > Jing Yuan Aloof Fugitive > Jingliu Silent Fugitive > Blade/Yingxing
