Speak with Gallagher in the Dreamflux Reef and ask him about Penacony's situation.
Gallagher Best Builds and Teams
Talk to Sunday and Robin to gather information about the location of the Stellaron.
Talk to Welt and learn about his decision to accompany both Robin and Sunday to meet with the Dreammaster.
Welt will also ask you to give him Aventurine's Token, which he will use to keep The Family in check in case negotiations go awry.
Follow Gallagher in the Dreamflux Reef to meet up with the Watchmaker.

Head to where the Watchmaker is to find the legacy he left behind for the future Nameless.
