Excuse me? WHERE in his kit is STATED that he scales of Break Effect? All skills only talk about "based on ATK". I want to know WHERE Break Effect is stated.

TB themselves can do more than 100K on weakness broken enemies. apart from the obvious break effect build on any character. one of his best pair as of now is xueyi and RM. and im not talking from my ass. its fun to use TB on moc 12 while also very viable

I don't normally use harmony, but I'm having fun with the new trailblazer. Dance dance dance doot doot doot. Hoping new TB has good synergy with Boothill, since that's who I'm saving for right now

Don't let the A tier fool you, game is moving towards a break effect meta in the next few patches and I can see this character moving up to S or SS tier easily
