The Billboard Investigator mission can be unlocked by checking out the terrifying crime scene near the Clock Studios Theme Park entrance.
Clock Studios Theme Park Guide

| 1 |  After investigating the crime scene. Talk to the Billboard Investigator NPC. |
| 2 |  Then, interact with the Sodas and Popcorn in the crime scene. |
| 3 |  Talk to the Billboard Investigator again to report your findings. You may reply whatever you want. |
| 4 |  After a server reset, the Billboard Investigator will send a message to you. Reply to them in order for the hidden mission to end. |
After completing the Billboard Investigator mission, you will get the achievement called A Variation Named “I” Achievement. Claiming it will reward you with 5 Stellar Jades.
The Dreamscape Pass Sticker called 3... 2... 1... Action! will also be unlocked after completing the Billboard Investigator mission. This sticker is under the collection, The Most Absurd Stage.
