The Drunk “Little Bird” hidden mission can be unlocked by investigating the Massive Feather in the City Sandpit of Dewlight Pavilion. You must use the Bubble Pinball Machines used earlier in the main story to get to the area.

After talking to the Massive Feather, head to this area in Dewlight Pavilion. Use the Reception Counter Space Anchor and head to the left side couch where three floating bottles are talking with each other.

Honkai Star Rail - Drunk “Little Bird” Hidden Mission Guide - Step 2
Approach the wine bottles and talk to them. During the talk, you will eventually be given a choice of which bottle to take. Keep in mind that this is personal preference only and does not change the outcome of the mission.

Head back to the City Sandpit in Dewlight Pavilion and talk to the Massive Feather to submit the wine bottle you picked.

After saying its opinion, you will be able to yank the Massive Feather. Yank on it to make the enormous Origami Bird appear.
