The Youths Who Chase Dream can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed Long Day's Journey Into Night mission.

The Youths Who Chase Dream Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Go to the hotel front desk and Assemble with the Crew.
2	Speak with Robin. Optionally, you can also talk to Aventurine.
3	Head to the hotel's front desk to check in again.
4	Speak with Alley and you will receive an item called Dreamscape Pass before being allowed inside Penacony.
5	Take the Elevator and head towards the public rest area where Himeko and Welt are having a discussion.
6	Return to your room so you can prepare to enter the dream. Optionally, you can speak with the rest of your crew and ask about their thoughts regarding penacony.
7	Enter your room and you will meet with Aventurine again.
8	After your conversation with Aventurine and Acheron, enter the Dreampool. ※You will get an item called Aventurine's Token after the conversation.
9	Once you've arrived in the Dreamscape, interact with the objects around you to investigate them.
10	A voice will call out from the card, simply interact with it to get transported to another place.
11	Speak with Misha, then continue up the flight of stairs to go to Penacony's The Golden Hour.
12	After arriving at Penacony, speak with Robin and Sunday to finish the quest.

Obtain the Dreamscape Pass

The Dreamscape Pass is a scrapbook where you can decorate it with different kinds of stickers in Penacony. Obtaining stickers and decorating your Dreamscape pass will grant you rewards such as Stellar Jades!
