Virtual Scentventure is a combat event where you fight illusory enemies conjured through scent triggers. Trailblazers can also make use of Scent Plug-ins to gain various bonuses during combat!

How to Unlock Virtual Scentventure

Finish Silent Galaxy Trailblaze Mission

To unlock the Virtual Scentventure event, you must first complete Silent Galaxy, which is part of the Trailblaze Mission series, In the Sweltering Morning Sun.

Read Arlan's Messages

Once you've met the unlock requirements, you will get a message from Arlan. Respond to him to start the Virtual Scentventure event!

Everlasting Dream is the Day 1 stage where Seele and Silver Wolf are available as trial characters. Use them to defeat the Abundant Ebon Deer in the challenge!

Confusing Lies is the Day 2 stage where Imbibitor Lunae and Ruan Mei are available as trial characters. Use them to defeat Kafka in the challenge!

Old Memories of the Icy Post is the Day 4 stage where Dr. Ratio and Ruan Mei are available as trial characters. Use them to defeat Bronya and Gepard in the challenge!

Cry of the Frozen Fantasy Land is the Day 5 stage where Topaz and Huohuo are available as trial characters. Use them to defeat Cocolia and her Mother of Deception state in the challenge!

How to Play Virtual Scentventure

Complete Tests By Defeating Enemies

There are 5 stages or tests you can challenge in Virtual Scentventure. A new stage will unlock daily, but you will need to reach 1,000 points in the stage before challenging it.

Check Illusion Traits

Before heading into battle, make sure to read the Illusion Traits to gain an advantage over them in combat! All illusions will have their own set of characteristics, making them different from the usual boss encounter.

Use Scent Plug-ins for Bonuses

There will be various Scent Plug-ins that you can equip depending on the stage you're challenging. These Scent Plug-ins grant combat bonuses, so be sure to equip some before heading into a fight!

Aim for High Remaining Action Values

The faster you clear a stage, the higher your Remaining Action Value will be. This action value along with the total DMG dealt will be used to calculate your final score. The highest grade you can get is SS, so do your best to defeat enemies as fast as you can!

If your Remaining Action Value runs out, the challenge will automatically end and your total DMG dealt will become the basis for your final score.

Unlock Despair Mode for a Challenge!

Once you've passed all the tests for normal mode, you will be able to unlock Despair Mode, which offers Trailblazers more challenges for them to overcome!
