Best Team for Day 2
Imbibitor Lunae	Tingyun	Hanya	Luocha

Imbibitor Lunae is one of the best DPS characters for Day 2 since he deals great Single-Target and AoE damage. Pairing him with Tingyun and Hanya will ensure that he has enough SP to work with for his Enhanced Basic Attacks. Luocha is here since he can both remove Debuffs and deal AoE Imaginary damage.

Character	Merits
Dr. Ratio	DPS Replacement Dr. Ratio is a great replacement here as your alternative Imaginary DPS. However, make sure to soley focus on Kafka to finish the fight quick.
Argenti	DPS Replacement Argenti is a great Physical DPS since he can also deal damage of the summons in the fight.
Blade	Support Replacement Blade is an amazing Wind DPS here since there are multiple enemies in this fight, which can enable his passive Talent to deal AoE damage.
Ruan Mei	Support Replacement Ruan Mei is an great support for any DPS.
Silver Wolf	Support Replacement Since Kafka already has a Quantum Weakness, slotting Silver Wolf in the team can help you implant an Elemental Weakness of your choice through careful team comp planning.
Bronya	Support Replacement Bronya is an great support of any CRIT-based DPS. She's also extremely valuable since this is a time-based game mode.
Fu Xuan	Support Replacement Fu Xuan can mitigate the crowd control effects from Kafka's abilties. Fu Xuan can also help deal AoE damage with her Ultimate.

Despair Mode Best Free-to-Play Team for Day 2
Dr. Ratio	Asta	Yukong	March 7th

With Dr. Ratio being available throughout the 2nd half of 1.6, you will want to use him in order to beat this fight as a F2P. Asta, Yukong, and March 7th will serve as your F2P units if you don't have other 5-star or 4-star characters that can either apply Buffs or Debuffs (Silver Wolf or Pela).

Lynx	Support Replacement If you choose not to run March 7th, Lynx is a great substitute since she can remove debuffs applied by Kafka.
Qingque	DPS Replacement Qingque is a great replacement for Dr. Ratio here since she can deal AoE damage, which can help you defeat the addtional summons to help you get Performance Points.

Imbibitor Lunae and Ruan Mei are Day 2's Trial Characters.

This F2P team has Imbibitor Lunae as the Main DPS with Ruan Mei to buff him. Yukong can provide ATK and CRIT buffs and can also strengthen Imbibitor Lunae's DMG if she has Planetary Rendevouz equipped. Lynx will cleanse debuffs applied by Kafka while also providing AoE heals.

How to Beat Day 2 Despair Mode

Inflict Weakness Break on IPC Grunts

Kafka summons IPC Grunts that can carry Performance Points. Inflicting a Weakness Break on them will allow you to seize their Performance Points and prevent Kafka from absorbing them.

Performance Points will strengthen Kafka's next attack, so it's important to get as many of them as you can. If you have the Honey-Flavored Scent Plug-in equipped, getting these points will also grant a DMG boost.

Funnel Performance Points to Your DPS

As much as possible, you'll want your DPS to inflict the Weakness Breaks so that the Performance Points will go to them. Avoid having your Supports deal the final blow as they won't have much use for the buffs granted.

Focus on Kafka After Collecting Performance Points

Once your DPS has a couple of Performance Points, you can start focusing your attacks on Kafka to deal more damage to her. Continue collecting Performance Points from summons whenever new ones appear.
