Ruan Mei buffs the entire team and specifically Dr. Ratio day 4's main DPS. Silver Wolf can greatly debuff Gepard and Bronya while Luocha heals the entire team.

Clara	DPS Replacement Clara is also a viable Main DPS due to her Follow-Up and AoE Attacks.

Tingyun	Buffer Replacement Tingyun can enable the Main DPS to use their Ultimate more frequently and increase their DMG!
Pela	Debuffer Replacement Pela is a good debuffer for she can decrease enemy RES and remove any buffs.
Gepard	Support Replacement Gepard can sustain your party for long periods during the challenge.
Fu Xuan	Support Replacement Fu Xuan can increase the Main DPS's CRIT Rate and redirect DMG to herself through her skill.

Dr. Ratio and Ruan Mei are Day 4's Trial Characters.

This team takes the trial characters into account, Ruan Mei serves as the main buffer to boost Dr. Ratio's All-Type RES PEN and Break Efficiency while Yukong buffs his CRIT stats.

Natasha will be on standby for heals however, keep an eye on the cycle to properly time a heal to avoid dying due to an oncoming attack.

How to Beat Day 4 Despair Mode

Focus on the Main Attacker

Gepard and Bronya will take turns being the main attacker. It's best to focus on just one of them until you break down their weaknesses. If you're using Dr. Ratio, keep attacking just one main attacker until you reach a 100% mark on them.

Keep An Eye on Your Cycle

It's best to keep an eye on the cycle so you can properly prepare for when they will switch between the main attackers. It also helps to heal in advance so you can tank any big attacks from the enemies.

This strategy works in Normal Mode as well.
