Finish Hero, Bear Thy Coreflame

To unlock Hypogeum Enigma, you must first complete the Hero, Bear Thy Coreflame quest. This is the last mission in the Heroic Saga of Flame-Chase Trailblaze Mission!

Unlock Early with Finality's Vision

If you're at Trailblaze Level 21 or higher, it's possible to unlock the event without clearing the pre-requisite mission above! Finality's Vision will temporarily be available during the event period to let you start the event early.

Hypogeum Enigma has 4 puzzle challenges. Propechy Tablet and Golden Scapegoat each have 3 Shallow Hypogeum stages and 3 Deep Hypogeum Stages. Meanwhile, Hand of Zagreus and Oronyx's Miracle each have 2 Shallow Hypogeum stages and 2 Deep Hypogeum stages.

To unlock a new puzzle challenge, you'll need to complete the Shallow Mode stages of the one before it. Prophecy Tablet will be the first puzzle you'll unlock, followed by Golden Scapegoat, Hand of Zagreus, and then Oronyx's Miracle as the last.

How to Play Hypogeum Enigma

Challenge Amphoreus Puzzles

During the event, you must aid the explorer Damionis to discover more about the ancient city ruins! There are four levels to the event, each with different gameplay. Amphoreus map mechanics like the Oronyx's Miracle and the Hand of Zagreus are featured in the event.

Form Images in Prophecy Tablet

In the Prophecy Tablet stages, you need to slot the shapes into the right places to form the given image. Placing a fragment over one that's already on the board will allow you to cut out a space based on the fragment's shape!

Solve Puzzle Platformers in Golden Scapegoat

The Golden Scapegoat levels are a series of puzzle platformers where you must lead the lamb towards all altars to light them up with the holy flame.

After a certain number of steps, an avatar of darkness will appear and mimic the actions you've taken. You'll need to avoid it to clear the stage successfully!

Collect Coins with the Hand of Zagreus

In the Hand of Zagreus stages, the goal is to collect the required number of Coins of Whimsy using the Hand of Zagreus! For harder challenges, you'll need to look carefully around the area to find more coins.

Solve Room Puzzles with Oronyx's Miracle

Oronyx's Miracle stages require you to reach the chests by switching between day and night with the Tome of Miracles. You can also Miracle Orbs to isolate certain areas within a certain time and restore missing parts of the room!

After completing certain objectives in Hypogeum Enigma, you can select a 4-star Character to claim between Guinaifen, Hanya, Tingyun, and Hook!

Get Guinaifen for Burn DoT

Eidolon Breakpoint	Recommendations
E1	- Allows Guinaifen to reduce enemy Effect RES which increases the chance of sticking debuffs or DoT onto enemies - Good to have for DoT teams
E2	- Increases Burn DMG on affected enemies. - Great damage increase
E4	- Gives Guinaifen Energy when an enemy gets inflicted with Burn - Good for Ultimate uptime
E6	- Increases Firekiss duration - Great for overall damage increase

Even at E0, Guinaifen is a good character for DoT teams that need a Sub-DPS or Burn application. She can also trigger Burns using her Ultimate for more damage. She can also be used on other teams as a damage amplifier because of her Firekiss debuff.

Guinaifen gets better with her Eidolons and both her E2 and E6 are the most impactful and recommended to get if you're at those breakpoints.

Get Hanya for SP Recovery

E1	- Gives Hanya Advance Forward after ally buffed by her Ult defeats an enemy - Good to have for turn increase
E2	- Increases Hanya's SPD after using Skill - Can help get more turns and increase SPD buff on Ultimate
E4	- Extends the duration of Hanya's Skill and Ultimate buffs - Amazing to have for consistency
E6	- Increases the damage taken by enemies with Burden - A good damage increase for allies hitting the enemies

At E0, Hanya is a good support character for hypercarry teams that need SP restoration through Burden. She also buffs the hyper carry's ATK and SPD. Hanya's E4 and E6 are the most impactful and recommended to get if you're at those breakpoints.

Get Tingyun for Hypercarry Support

E1	- Increases ally's SPD buffed by Benediction - Good for more turns
E2	- Ally with Benediction regens Energy after defeating an enemy - Can help the ally's Ultimate uptime
E4	- DMG multiplier provided by Benediction increases - Amazing to have for increased DMG
E6	- Increases the Energy provided by Tingyun's Ultimate - Great to have since it helps the ally get their Ultimate sooner

Tingyun is a great support for hypercarry teams even at E0. She provides an ATK buff, a DMG boost, and also Energy Restoration for the DPS which increases their overall damage and allows them to use their Ultimate more often.

For Tingyun's Eidolons, both her E4 and E6 provide the most value for the DPS and are recommended to get if you're at those breakpoints.

Getting Hook is Not Recommended

As for Hook at E0, there are better options for a DPS and it is not recommended to get her. The other three characters find more use and provide more value to your teams.

If you already have her and want to take her Eidolons, get them if you're at the E1 or E6 breakpoints since these provide her the most damage increases.
