With the new Harmony break effect MC, Misha is now insanely powerful with the a break effect build and break effect LC. His new trace priority should be SKILL, Talent, then ULTIMATE.

Try Celestial Differentiator which is compatible to Misha's 4pcs Glacial Set. Then set a Crit DMG for Body and Crit DMG substats reaching 120% Crit DMG. Bronya Ult can synergize with Mika's Crit DMG set entirely at least 2 turns.
Mika almost like budget Jingliu's Ult with a slice of Pela's def debuffs.

I think he deserves A, sure he’s not good in AoE scenarios but all the characters in A tier also are situational. He hits 100k - 180k on average and his f2p team with a sparkle showcase was hitting up to 300k per ult and it’s not like it’s hard to get. Second best ice dps after jingliu.
