So glad i got her her buffs are insane And she got great healing capacities With her u d ont feel like u wasted tickets on just a healer that dos nt provide and kind of buffs Instead of over healing She heals enough to keep everyone alive while providing dmg buffs

I'm guessing you used the Topaz character page as a template for HuoHuo since there are a lot of references to Topaz, such as "Topaz's Recommended Eidolons" etc.
her heal is blast not aoe. anyway dont expect much from her atk buff and energy refund cuz her ult is very expensive.
they buffed jingliu, you have aoe heals for your team and attack and energy recharge
