The stage effect for Day 6 inflicts all debuffs and DoTs of an enemy's Type Weaknesses once breaking their shields. With this team, Silver Wolf's Skill adds a new Weakness to any enemies at this stage. Day 6 is easy to clear if you avoid using abilities against trash mobs.

Serval, the trial character, can be replaced with Jing Yuan if yours is fully built. If you don't have Silver Wolf, you can replace her with Bronya to gain extra turns and maximize your damage. Lastly, if you need more survivability, replace Tingyun with a healer or shielder.

The goal of this team is to immediately inflict Weakness Break on the Shadewalker enemies. Hence, you need to preserve your skill points before the Shadewalker waves. If you need more survivability, the Trailblazer can be replaced with Natasha.

Bring a Lightning AoE DPS
The stage effect on Day 6 triggers all debuffs and DoTs of all the Type Weaknesses of an enemy once their shield breaks. Also, all DoTs currently inflicted on an enemy will immediately trigger and be amplified if you use a Skill against them.
With this, the most efficient way to inflict Weakness Break on the enemies of this challenge is to use a Lightning AoE DPS. This is because most enemies are weak to Lightning. Fortunately, the trial character, Serval, is more than enough for Day 6.

Add New Weaknesses to Enemies
Adding a new Elemental Weakness to enemies using Silver Wolf's Skill will further increase your damage against them after inflicting Weakness Break. For this to work most of the time, make sure that one of your units' Elements is not a default Weakness of an enemy.

To maximize your damage against the Shadewalker enemies, it is important to hold back on using your Skills and Ultimates against the trash mobs since you can easily defeat them using your team's Basic ATKs!
