I am still confused if buff applies to the wielder because I've seen people running this set on Seele with ER rope

Asta's signature 4-star lightcone: Planetary Rendevous is very compatible with the Penacony relic set. Ideally, you can set this cone to Harmony characters in a different element types mono team. For example Fire support to Fire dps, Quantum support to Quantum DPS. You know the rest ^^
