Battle for Health is a timed quest in Honkai: Star Rail. Players will need to complete the quest within 4 hours after receiving it in order to get its related quest rewards.

How to Unlock Battle for Health

Speak to Pom-Pom Aboard the Astral Express

You can unlock this quest by talking to Pom-Pom aboard the Astral Express and selecting the <!> option. However, do note that the quests that you get from Pom-Pom are random, and this is only one of many short quests that you can get if you speak to the small conductor!

1 Speak to Pom-Pom and ask them if they are okay since they have been napping lately.
2 After finishing the conversation, Pom-Pom will ask you to assist them in doing exercise.
3 Follow the quest navigator then talk to Pom-Pom once again.
4 Finish the conversation to complete the quest!
