I don't see how A) speed shouldnt have a high priority with her E skill (at least she should have more than BOTH dps on the team) and B) how Memories of the Past is supposed to be a good 4star LC. I feel like you want to use her E as pretty much every turn.
"Harmony characters are usually built for survivability and improving their utility. However, Yukong's build should be a mix of survivability and dealing damage. Since Yukong's support buffs doesn't scale with any of her stats, we can lean more towards dealing damage since she has a damage dealing Ultimate and enhanced Basic Attacks (which is rare for Harmony characters)." Then WHY do you suggest ATK set instead of imaginary dmg set?!
if you prefer having an ult battery tingyun is good, but over all yu Kong has stronger buffs and damage output. So it's a case by case
she is good with welt and luocha cuz theyre supports who can do dmg
I dunno, her skills are more geared towards everyone potentially being crit specialised. I could imagine her being nice with Clara crit combo or something. Roar!
