The Day The Cosmos Fell and Final Victor are amazing Light Cones since they can provide a huge CRIT DMG boost to your DPS units. Superimposing these Light Cones at the highest levels will grant you a significant boost in DMG
Quid Pro Quo can be used to provide Energy to a random party member.

The new Victory in a Blink Light Cone is great for support Remembrance characters since it increases the DMG of all party members after the wearer's Memosprite uses their ability on an ally.
Dreamville Adventure can provide a specific type of DMG boost to party members depending on the last ability used by the wearer. It's Showtime can be used on most Nihility units since it increases their DMG as long as they inflict debuffs on an enemy.

These Light Cones can be considered worth purchasing since they're some of the best free-to-play options for characters like Kafka, Sampo, Blade, Bronya, Sparkle, Gallagher, and Lingsha.

These Light Cones are okay to get and future characters may have use for them. However, we recommend saving your Lucent Afterglow for other Light Cones in the shop.
You can get way better Light Cones for most of these Paths at the Herta Store in Simulated Universe.
How to Unlock the Light Cone Manifest
Complete Fleeting Lights
The Light Cone Manifest store can be unlocked after completing the Fleeting Lights Mission which is available after reaching Trailblazer Level 21.
