These Light Cones are okay to get and future characters may have use for them. However, we recommend saving your Lucent Afterglow for other Light Cones in the shop.
You can get way better Light Cones for most of these Paths at the Herta Store in Simulated Universe.
The Light Cone Manifest store in Forgotten Hall can be unlocked after completing the Fleeting Lights Mission which is available after reaching Trailblazer Level 21.
