Vessel of Medicority (Part 2) is the second mission of a 3-part questline that requires 2 days to complete. Part 2 will require players to wait for a server reset before they can complete it and move on to Part 3.

This quest will be available after clearing Vessel of Mediocrity (Part 1). To find the Mysterious Woman at the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone, use the Energy Hub space anchor then head north-west to reach the mission area.

Reach Trailblaze Level 24 and Complete Young Guard

If you can't find the Mysterious Girl on your map, you will need to check your main story progress. Vessel of Mediocrity Part 2 should become available once you have reached at least Trailblaze Level 24 and have completed the Jarilo-VI (Part 2) main story mission, Young Guard.

How to Help the Mysterious Woman

Quest Walkthrough
1 Find the Mysterious Woman in the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone. She can be found in the far western part of the area.
2 After interacting with her, the Mission will start. Similar to the previous mission, you will also solve The Fool's Box puzzle here.

Push the boxes as shown above to rescue the first child.

Push the boxes as shown above to rescue the second child.
5 Talk to Cyrille after solving the puzzle. After your conversation with her, a new set of puzzle will appear. This time, you will have to rescue 3 children.

Push the boxes as shown above to rescue the first child.

Push the boxes as shown above to rescue the third and last child.
9 Talk to Cyrille once all the children are rescued. She will thank you for your help but will refuse to give information about herself.
10 Report all the events that just happened to Dunn. Use the Energy Hub Space Anchor in Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone to fast-travel to him.
11 Dunn will then send you a message after a daily server reset. Return to him to complete Vessel of Mediocrity (Part 2). This will also trigger the final part of this questline.

Vessel of Mediocrity Part 2 can only be completed after waiting for the server to reset. Once it does, the quest will re-appear in your missions tab, allowing you to return to Dunn in the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone and collect the second readable reward for the quest.

Cyrille's An Old Letter Readable Item Reward

Honkai Star Rail - Vessel of Mediocrity (Part 2) - Cyrille An Old Letter

Cyrille: An Old Letter is also part of the rewards for the quest. This is the second part in the 3-Part Cyrille readable item that you can collect by completing all 3 parts of this quest chain.

This new reward will be a letter from Stefan to Cyrille. In it, he tells her not to trust anyone but himself, reassuring her that he only has Cyrille's and Cyrilla's (the vanished sister) interests at heart. This explains why the grown-up version of Cyrille (mysterious woman) no longer trusts you.
