How to Get the Damaged Music Box

Return the Bell to the Little Sister

To obtain the Damaged Music Box, you will need to complete the little sister's request in Rivet Town. You need to find an item called Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell, which you can get by defeating a Warp Trotter hiding in the town.

Once defeated, deliver the item to the person speaking behind a window on the bridge near the entrance to Boulder Town. After a dialogue sequence, interact with the window again to receive the Damaged Music Box.

How to Use the Damaged Music Box

Deliver the Damaged Music Box to the Big Sister

You can deliver the Damaged Music Box to a girl beside a dumpster in an alleyway west of Rivet Town. Giving the item to the girl will reveal that she is the big sister of the girl you got the music box from.

Delivering this item will reward you with a Praise of High Morals. Do note that you need to refresh the area to be able to see the girl in the alleyway if you recently finished her little sister's request.

Description	A small, handcrafted music box. Though kept under good care for many years, it has fallen into a state of disrepair. The melody produced by the wooden box was somewhat unsettling, nonetheless, it was cherished by the two girls, who relied on each other like sisters. "Welcome... home..."

Bloodborne Reference

Damaged Music Box is an easter egg, referencing one of Bloodborne's side quests. In this quest, interacting with a certain window will allow you to talk to a girl behind it, which after a brief conversation, will give you a Tiny Music Box, similar to how we get the Damaged Music Box.
