Honkai: Star Rail allows players to choose the gender of their Trailblazer that they will control throughout the course of the game. See if it's possible to change the gender of your character!

Honkai Star Rail - Gender Selection

Upon creation of your Trailblazer at the beginning of the game, it is not possible to change genders later on.

During character creation, you'll also receive a warning that you won't be able to choose the opposite gender upon confirming selection.
