Explanation
Under the Blue Sky provides decent base stats for the wearer since it's a 4-star Light Cone. It buffs the wearer's ATK when equipped and the CRIT Rate of the wearer gets buffed when they defeat an enemy. The CRIT rate buff lasts for 3 turns!
Under the Blue Sky's ability is pretty flexible since The Destruction characters will benefit from an increase in ATK or CRIT Rate. To maximize the Light Cone's effectiveness, the wearer constantly needs to defeat enemies. Under the Blue Sky's ability is hard to maintain when fighting bosses without summons!
Is Under the Blue Sky Worth It?
Good for all Destruction Characters
Under the Blue Sky can be used by all Destruction characters. DMG-wise, an S1 Under the Blue Sky is significantly weaker compared to On the Fall of an Aeon, an F2P 5-star Light Cone.
If you pulled Under the Blue Sky, we only recommend upgrading it if you're using multiple Destruction characters and will need multiple Light Cones!
