River Flows in Spring provides decent base stats for the wearer since it's a 4-star Light Cone. It also buffs the wearer's SPD and DMG, which disappear when the wearer takes damage!
River Flows in Spring's ability is pretty flexible since The Hunt characters will almost always benefit from an increase in SPD and overall DMG. To maximize the Light Cone's effectiveness, we recommend adding a Preservation character to your team!
