not really, I mean there is still DoT which will become better after Swan release and characters like Jingliu and Dr. Ratio will still want a debuffer like pela on their best teams and I doubt they’ll be the only ones. Yeah, supports are better but debuggers losing identity isn’t completely true.
they’ll still probably make her better than a standard though, if they want her to sell at least. Not saying she will be better than ruan mei but I doubt they’ll actually make her worse then bronya especially since she’ll work with Lunae.
tbh i doubt hoyo would pay that much attention to sparkle/hanabi's kit. she isnt from xianzhou like fu xuan, jingliu, huo huo and ruan mei who basically got their kit reworked/buffed to be better overall 😂. they'll just make her good enough while the xianzhou characters topping the meta and setting the standard for meta.
debuffer losing identity with ruan mei getting buffed. breaking used to be debuffer's specialty.
so they buffed her skill to have 3 turns at e0. She has an unconditional speed buff. 30% res pen from ult instead of the original 20% 180% break stat gives the whole team a 68% dmg boost. E1 gives 20% def ignore instead of the atk buff Their are some more buffs such as the break effect and delay thing but the ones I listed where the bigger buffs. Also her buffs are no longer locked behind enemy break.
Well she's apparently been given an extra turn on her skills up time, which will make her AP positive? Then given a decent team attack buff, with the other buffs she provides. 🤔
Hold up, can someone tell me what Ruan Mei was buffed on? Or at least show me where the leak is? I’m really curious cause if she is as good as y’all are saying I might pull for her.
she will also be good for Jing yuan, Kafka, topaz and blade and probably more but I can’t bother to name all the dps.
yeah before her buff, Mei was outshined by even Tingyun and was only slightly better than asta and the others (except for bronya and Tingyun). Now she seems broken and I think it was because they wanted her to sell which wouldn’t happen if a standard and 4 star harmony were better. A lot of the buffs she received were actually what she was doomposted on lol. I believe they will buff hanabi to be better than she is currently just like Mei so she can sell better.

the only advantage hanabi (based on current leak) has over bronya is that hanabi gives sp her buffs arent as huge as bronya, so in terms of offensive buffs bronya is actually higher
but he does, that’s the point of his kit lol. Also seele ans imbibtor Lunae will want hanabi as their best support when she’s releases and from leaks Ruan Mei got a huge buff that not only makes her better than bronya but sp positive and she seems the best to pair with imbibtor Lunae and jingliu. Bronya isn’t everything and saying it’s a con for any dps that doesn’t want her is stupid and honestly doesn’t make much sense especially since their will be better supports.
because their are better supports for them. That’s like saying any dps in genshjn that doesn’t want Kazuha is bad. Being the best support means nothing if their are dps who don’t you. Imbibtor Lunae does the highest dmg in game rn and doesn’t use bronya. Dr ratio will be better than seele and he too won’t use bronya. Not wanting bronya is not a con, in fact I’d consider it a pro cause 1, you might want her for you other team and 2, not everyone will have her.

100% adv forwarding a dps is insane lol, do u know why bronya is the best support for jingliu and seele and blade ? and i can guarantee u that if IL didnt use 3 sp per turn then he will be the best with bronya as well
