Explanation
Meshing Cogs allow the wearer to regenerate Energy after they attack or are hit. This Light Cone is actually good for a lot of Harmony characters since it enables them to charge their Ultimates more frequently.
The only drawback of this Light Cone is it's 3-Star rarity, which gives you significantly less HP, DEF and ATK stats to 5-star and 4-Star Light Cones.
Is Meshing Cogs Worth It?

Meshing Cogs is a 3-star Light Cone, which allows you to easily superimpose it. You can use it for your Harmony characters during the early game to progress further and have it as a backup Light Cone whenever you need another one to use!
