Explanation
Since Defense is a 3-star Light Cone it has average base stats. Defense's ability allows the wearer to restore some HP whenever they use their Ultimate. This Light Cone isn't useful for characters who already provide a lot of shielding to themselves such as Gepard. However, it can work for tanks such as Fu Xuan.

Defense is a good Light Cone to use temporarily if you need to improve the survivability of your Preservation characters when progressing the game!
