He got better heals then Bailu without using skill, damage dealer he is not but very useful against enemies with imaginary weakness.
yes musketeer is easier to farm as well. the bosses drop them and even in the future luocha build can still be improved just from fighting bosses.
fr, people just need to pick their poison. Better heals, pick Bailu. All-in-one damage dealer/healer/debuffer, pick Luocha.

Ok so from what I understand he out classes natasha in pretty much everyway and the only thing bailu has over him is that she can res once per battle? He seems pretty good but if you dont go for him I think natasha is still decent enough so its just up to whether u wanna spend tickets for him.
Did some math, pretty sure passerby/musketeer beats pure passerby once you get past 900ish atk. Similar with atk% vs healing main stat on chest, though the difference is smaller Pure musketeer is always worse that passerby/musketeer in terms of healing. At very high atk though, I wonder if the extra speed will mean better healing over all? Slightly smaller heals, but more frequent.
I find Clara needs shields and healing. If you have c6 march or c2 Luocha you probably only need one of them. A c2 Luocha team loses March's extra damage, but has space for a 2nd dps or support, making up for it. A c6 march team struggles a little when other chars get beat up, but helps make sure Clara holds aggro. Without eidolons you'll want march + any of the healers.
its ok if u dont have funds to get him and upgrade your acc 🫶 keep coping with that revive loli especially when the 1.2 new boss drops and shit on healer who cant cleanse aka bailu
who even needs revive lets be real 😂 luocha turns your dps into healers, has auto heal, 70% chance to resist CC whos coping here?
she can goddamn revive , and has on demand heal , cope and seethe

yes. even if you dont build your luocha full atk he will still outheal bailu.
he is not squishy honestly. his base hp is already high considering he is a 5*. if you level up his head piece to lvl 15 he will be one of the tankiest characters in the game. he can auto heal if hp drops below 50% without consuming skill point. also abundance character dont get targeted too much because their taunt value is not high. if you're skill issue player who keeps royally gets screwed up and always needs revive then ig bailu is the one for you 😅 with luocha you wont even need revive
I still think that bailu is much better imo I mean he is squishier that denies a tank in the team And his debuff is kinda underwhelming Bailu is tanky and heals a lot and on top of that she has a revive Thats why bailu >>>>>> luo
if i was gonna use luocha in a team w clara should i also use march? and if so who else for support, tingyun or silver wolf???
I think both has pros and cons
can he heal reliably replacing bailu?
i believe in musketeer set luocha supremacy
just build him like dps honestly. his heal is more than enough without healing bonus.
